Following a good performances at Chelsea, Spurs continued playing well but this time added the goals.<\/p>\n
The first half of this FA Cup quarter-final was all Spurs, they made numerous chances to score, however, Bolton ‘keeper Adam Bogdan was in such fine form saving everything.

\nThe second half finally saw Spurs get on the scoresheet when defender Ryan Nelsen headed home from a corner.<\/p>\n
Gareth Bale, who had a very good game last night, put Spurs 2-0 up, after a counter attack, Jermain Defoe put the Welshman through on goal. Bale calmly curled the ball by Bogdan into the net to score his first ever FA Cup goal.<\/p>\n
Bolton undeservedly got one back through Kevin Davies, but Louis Saha secured Spurs the win with a curling effort from outside the box.<\/p>\n
