Tottenham Hotspur have signed a new ‘keeper, sadly it isn’t Gomes, but Mirko Ranieri.<\/p>\n
Ranieri is an under-16 Italian international and comes from Perugia.<\/p>\n
Spurs’ sporting director Damien Comolli told the official website: “Mirko is 6ft 2” and an excellent shot stopper. His distribution and decision making is improving all the time.<\/p>\n
“He is a highly-intelligent individual and another very good young goalkeeper we have attracted to the Club.”<\/p>\n
