It looks like Mido could finally be leaving White Hart Lane with both Birmingham City and Middlesbrough chasing the Egyptian.<\/p>\n
Birmingham manager Steve Bruce has already confirmed that he’s back in for the striker after an earlier failed attempt. Now ‘Boro have made their interest official.<\/p>\n
‘Boro manager Gareth Southgate said: “Yes we have made our interest in Mido known to Spurs. We’re awaiting developments.”<\/p>\n
I thought Mido was amazing whilst on loan from AS Roma, but sadly since he made the move permanent he doesn’t seem fit – physically nor mentality. Plus with the addition of Bent and the form of Keane and Berbatov, he’s unlikely to see first-team action for us again.<\/p>\n
I wish him well – when he eventually goes – although I suspect if he moves to another Premiership club, he’ll come back to haunt us.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
