Tottenham<\/a> manager Mauricio Pochettino<\/a> has claimed that this season would be his toughest at the club but claimed he is ready for the challenge (h\/t Evening Standard<\/a>).<\/p>\n Spurs became the first Premier League club not to sign a player in the transfer window since its inception (h\/t Evening Standard<\/a>). However, Pochettino did not want to make any complaints or excuses regarding the circumstances.<\/p>\n The Argentine was quoted by the Evening Standard<\/a> as saying:<\/p>\n “Given everything, for me, it will be the toughest season and if we want success we have to give more than our best.<\/p>\n “100 percent is not enough \u2013 it\u2019s 200 percent. We know from inside that the season will be hard and because we are warriors we want to fight.<\/p>\n \u201cWe want to be proud at the end, we want success and we do not want to complain or make excuses. I am a winner and I love the challenge, so I feel full of energy. We want to go again.
