Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson says he’s now looking elsewhere for a striker after failing to agree a fee with Spurs for Dimitar Berbatov.
Ferguson said: “There is nothing at all to say about Berbatov. We’re looking at options elsewhere.
“We’d like to add to our squad and we’re making moves in that direction. We’re trying.
“There’s an issue with scoring goals at the moment but if you’re making as many chances as we are, we shouldn’t worry about it because players will come back and we will eventually add to the squad.”
